Construction of the 64,580 sf assisted living facility is in its final stage. The new building will provide a continuing care retirement community and includes 71 units, including studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units. The new building also includes a variety of common rooms, including an activity room, fitness room, living room with a fireplace, dining room, library, and a salon. The exterior of the building features a zip wall system with veneer masonry accents, vinyl shake, and vinyl clapboard siding. Construction is expected to wrap up in early June of 2021.

Army Mountain Warfare Schools Breaks Ground, Jericho, VT
The Vermont National Guard, joined by representatives for Senator Patrick Leahy, U.S. Senator Bernie Sanders, and Peter Welch, celebrated a groundbreaking this morning for the Army Mountain Warfare School in Jericho, VT. The facility provides mountain warfare and cold weather training for troops preparing for deployment. DEW is honored to have been awarded this project slated for an April 2022 completion. Site work is underway with Harrison Concrete and Dirt Tech Company on-site.

DEW recently completed a 25,000 sf expansion to the corporate headquarters of White Mountain Insurance in Hanover, NH. Expansions and renovations include conference rooms, break areas, a wet-bar, IT suite, and service spaces. The 13,000 sf fit-up of the new tenant spaces on the third and fourth floors boasts extremely high-end finishes, including black granite window sills, live edge black walnut countertops, a gym, and European style toilet partitions. A massive, Vermont made, walnut conference table weighing 2,500 lb was suspended on a lull and received through a window.
