DEW is serving as Construction Manager for a new energy‑efficient preschool facility on Westminster Street in Walpole, New Hampshire, developed in partnership with The Walpole Foundation and Walpole Village School. The project replaces the preschool’s existing greenhouse structure with a modern, purpose-built facility designed by Banwell Architects.
The 5,532-square-foot, single-story, wood-frame building will include three classrooms serving children ages 2 to 5, along with a multipurpose community room, kitchen, and restrooms to support school and community use. The new facility will expand enrollment capacity and provide a healthy, efficient learning environment for students and staff.
Construction is taking place on the existing site, with demolition of the current building to follow project completion. DEW’s scope includes site development, excavation, infrastructure installation, and utility connections. Construction began in November 2025, with completion scheduled ahead of the 2026 school year.
