DEW is proud to recognize six team members who recently completed the Associated Builders and Contractors of New Hampshire/Vermont (ABC NH/VT) Future Leaders in Construction (FLiC) program—an experience designed to strengthen the next generation of leaders in the industry.
Graduates from DEW’s Vermont and New Hampshire teams were recognized during separate ABC NH/VT ceremonies, marking the completion of a program that challenges participants to grow as leaders while building meaningful connections across the construction community.
The 2026 DEW graduates include:
- Cole Russell, Project Engineer
- Dominic Liscinsky, Carpenter
- Trisha Moore, Vice President of Human Resources
- Mitch Laferriere, Financial Controller
- Josh Carrien, Foreman
- Wynter Edwards, Marketing Director
Throughout the eight-month program, participants committed time outside of their day-to-day responsibilities to strengthen their leadership approach, expand their perspective, and collaborate with peers from across the construction industry. Bringing together professionals from the field to the office, the program emphasizes self-awareness, communication, and leadership style—helping participants better understand how they contribute to their teams and organizations. Each participant also completes a real-world return-on-investment (ROI) project, applying what they’ve learned directly to their work.
At DEW, that kind of growth matters. Investing in our people—and supporting leadership development at every level—is central to who we are. Programs like FLiC complement our ongoing commitment to mentorship, professional development, and creating meaningful career paths within the company.
Since its launch in 2007, the ABC NH/VT FLiC program has supported the development of emerging construction professionals throughout New Hampshire and Vermont, equipping participants with the skills, insight, and connections needed to lead with confidence.
We congratulate Cole, Dominic, Trisha, Mitch, Josh, and Wynter on this achievement and look forward to the continued impact they’ll make across our teams and projects.
