Starting his journey with us as a Carpenter, he has steadily risen through the ranks, culminating in this well-deserved promotion. In his new role, Ryan will support our superintendents in overseeing projects, guiding field teams, and managing subcontractors. He will ensure construction activities are completed on time, within budget, and in alignment with contract requirements and company standards. Ryan’s honesty, reliability, and excellent communication skills have been vital in fostering collaboration and driving the successful delivery of numerous projects. DEW Construction Announces Several Key Employee Promotions and New Hires
DEW Construction is pleased to announce the promotion of three key team members and the addition of two new employees to our team. Matt Cadieux – General Superintendent With over 28 years of experience in the construction industry, Matt Cadieux has been promoted from Senior Superintendent to General Superintendent. Matt’s journey with DEW began more than 24 years ago as a Carpenters’ Helper. Since then, he has advanced through various roles including carpenter, foreman, assistant superintendent, and senior superintendent. In his new role, Matt will oversee field personnel from DEW’s Williston office, manage field planning, and ensure successful project execution. His leadership, dedication, and problem-solving skills make him an excellent fit for this critical role. Chris Bertrand – Vice President of Business Development (Northern Region) Chris Bertrand, with over 30 years of industry experience, has been promoted to Vice President of Business Development for the Northern Region. Chris has been with DEW for 17 years, advancing from Project Engineer to Vice President of Field Operations throughout that time. Chris’s deep knowledge of DEW’s operations and culture, along with his strong client relationships, will be instrumental in driving the company’s business development efforts across the Northern Region. DEW Construction Promotes Bill Carpenter to Assistant Superintendent
DEW Construction is thrilled to announce the promotion of Bill Carpenter from Foreman to Assistant Superintendent. Bill has been an integral part of the DEW team for over eleven years. His boundless energy and results-driven approach have consistently led to the successful completion of numerous projects. Bill’s positive attitude, determination, and openness to feedback have been crucial to his success. He is highly regarded for his eagerness to learn and clear communication, earning widespread respect within the team. His wonderful personality, great sense of humor, and unwavering commitment make him a pleasure to work with. As Assistant Superintendent, Bill will manage field operations with the team, including coordination of trades, safety (subcontractor orientation, training, compliance), schedule review, first pass cost and change control, and quality control. In his first assignment as Assistant Superintendent, Bill will oversee the transformation of the former fire safety lab garage at Vermont State University’s Randolph Campus into a state-of-the-art meat processing facility. We are confident that Bill will bring the same dedication and excellence to this project as he has to all his previous endeavors.
DEW Construction Welcomes Three New Team Members in Manchester, NH
DEW Construction is thrilled to announce the addition of three talented professionals to our Manchester, New Hampshire team: Jacob Owre, Duane Provencher, and Bill Dyer. Jacob Owre – Project Manager With over 20 years of experience in both residential and commercial construction, Jacob Owre joins DEW as a Project Manager. Jacob’s career began as a tile helper and carpenter, progressing through various roles, including Assistant Superintendent for a residential design/build contractor, before stepping into project management. He holds an Associate of Science degree in Architectural Engineering and Technology from the New Hampshire Technical Institute. At DEW, Jacob will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of projects from preconstruction through to completion. His role includes leading project teams, managing schedules, costs, quality, safety, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Duane Provencher – Estimator Duane Provencher joins DEW with over 24 years of experience in the commercial construction industry. Starting his career as a laborer, he advanced through roles, including superintendent and project manager, before becoming an estimator for a commercial construction company. Duane brings extensive expertise in both renovation and ground-up construction projects. Duane will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and estimating projects during preconstruction.
