DEW is thrilled to announce the official opening of the Burlington School District’s new Aviation, Career, and Technical Education Center at the Burlington International Airport in South Burlington, Vermont! On October 29, DEW joined students, educators, and community partners to celebrate the grand opening of this innovative learning hub. Partially funded by a $10 million federal grant championed by former U.S. Senator Patrick Leahy, the project transformed a long-neglected airplane hangar into a vibrant, state-of-the-art educational facility.
