Under his leadership, projects are consistently completed on time, within budget, and profitably. Steve ensures that safety, EEO, and quality goals are met, conflicts and claims are resolved promptly, and owners are satisfied with project outcomes. Experience Steve has been a vital part of DEW for over a decade, excelling in roles such as estimator, superintendent, and project manager. With 40 years of experience in the construction industry, Steve’s diverse portfolio highlights his extensive industry knowledge and unwavering commitment to quality, accountability, and safety. He holds an Associate of Science degree in Building Construction Technology from the Wentworth Institute of Technology and is OSHA 30-hour certified. His leadership and problem-solving skills make him an invaluable resource for both our clients and DEW staff.

About As General Superintendent, Matt Cadieux oversees field personnel from DEW’s Williston office, manages field planning, and ensures successful project execution. He is responsible for supervising and mentoring Senior Superintendents, Superintendents, and Assistant Superintendents, overseeing the field planning and performance of each project assigned to the Williston office. Under Matt’s leadership, assigned projects are completed on time, under budget, and at a profit. Safety, EEO, and quality goals are consistently achieved, timely conflict and claims resolution is ensured, and owners are satisfied with project results. Experience Matt’s journey with DEW began over 24 years ago as a Carpenters Helper. Since then, he has advanced through various roles, including carpenter, foreman, assistant superintendent, and senior superintendent. His leadership, dedication, and problem-solving skills make him a valuable resource for our clients and DEW staff. With over 28 years of experience in the construction industry, Matt’s portfolio is diverse. Renowned for his exceptional leadership, extensive industry experience, and unwavering commitment, Matt has advanced through multiple promotions, consistently prioritizing quality, accountability, and safety.
Kamron Bushway
About Kamron, a highly-trained safety specialist, is responsible for overseeing DEW’s comprehensive safety program. He works closely with project teams to develop tailored safety plans for each new project and conducts regular inspections to ensure adherence to safety protocols and proper equipment usage. Kamron also builds and maintains relationships with state and local officials to stay updated on the latest construction safety regulations and best practices in all the states where we operate. Additionally, he directs internal safety training for our employees and manages third-party inspections and training sessions. Experience Kamron holds a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Safety and Health from Keene State College. He began his career in construction as a timber framer, then transitioned to a role as a safety officer and trainer at the same company. Later, he took on the position of Safety Coordinator at a prefabrication manufacturer, where he was responsible for managing safety protocols across the company.
