Nick oversees and mentors Superintendents, Foremen, and Tradespeople, guiding teams through all phases of construction. Under his leadership, projects are consistently completed on schedule and within budget, with a strong focus on quality and owner satisfaction. He is committed to upholding DEW’s safety and quality standards while proactively and collaboratively addressing challenges in the field. Experience Nick joined DEW in 2022, bringing more than a decade of hands‑on construction experience to the team. Experience Matt began his career with DEW more than 24 years ago as a Carpenter’s Helper and has advanced steadily through the field. His roles have included Carpenter, Foreman, Assistant Superintendent, Senior Superintendent, and now General Superintendent. With over 28 years of experience in the construction industry, Matt brings deep field knowledge and a practical, solutions‑driven perspective to every project. Matt values the collaborative nature of construction and the responsibility that comes with leading teams in the field. Kamron Bushway
About Kamron, a highly-trained safety specialist, is responsible for overseeing DEW’s comprehensive safety program. He works closely with project teams to develop tailored safety plans for each new project and conducts regular inspections to ensure adherence to safety protocols and proper equipment usage. Kamron also builds and maintains relationships with state and local officials to stay updated on the latest construction safety regulations and best practices in all the states where we operate. Additionally, he directs internal safety training for our employees and manages third-party inspections and training sessions. Experience Kamron holds a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Safety and Health from Keene State College. He began his career in construction as a timber framer, then transitioned to a role as a safety officer and trainer at the same company. Later, he took on the position of Safety Coordinator at a prefabrication manufacturer, where he was responsible for managing safety protocols across the company.
