As Project Executive, Rachel provides operational oversight for all Project Managers based out of DEW’s Williston, Vermont office, as well as Project Engineers across Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine. In this role, she partners closely with Vice President of Operations Dan Riley to support regional operational balance and ensure teams have the resources, guidance, and leadership needed to succeed.
Rachel is directly responsible for leading project management teams and delivering best‑in‑class service to DEW clients throughout every phase of the construction process. She oversees the integration of preconstruction and construction services, ensuring each project is executed to specification, completed on schedule, and delivered on budget—without compromising quality.
Her leadership plays a critical role in supporting our teams and maintaining consistent standards of performance across the region.
Experience
Rachel’s career with DEW began as an intern while studying at the University of Vermont and progressed into a highly respected Project Engineer before advancing to Project Manager and, ultimately, Project Executive. Her professional growth reflects a deep understanding of the construction process, strong strategic thinking, and a leadership approach grounded in trust, accountability, and collaboration.
Known for her positivity and professionalism, Rachel has a unique ability to bring teams together—particularly when navigating complex projects and demanding conditions.
