About
As General Superintendent, Nick provides leadership and oversight for DEW’s field operations out of the Keene, New Hampshire office. He leads field planning efforts and supports project teams across Southwest New Hampshire, Northwestern Massachusetts, and Southern Vermont, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
Nick oversees and mentors Superintendents, Foremen, and Tradespeople, guiding teams through all phases of construction. Under his leadership, projects are consistently completed on schedule and within budget, with a strong focus on quality and owner satisfaction. He is committed to upholding DEW’s safety and quality standards while proactively and collaboratively addressing challenges in the field.
Experience
Nick joined DEW in 2022, bringing more than a decade of hands‑on construction experience to the team. He began his career in the industry in 2009 as a laborer and has advanced steadily through the field, holding roles including Laborer, Carpenter’s Apprentice, Carpenter, Foreman, Assistant Superintendent, Superintendent, and now General Superintendent. This full‑spectrum field background gives Nick a deep understanding of the construction process at every level.
Nick values the construction industry for its constant learning, complex problem‑solving, and the teamwork required to deliver successful projects. He appreciates that every project presents new challenges and opportunities, and takes pride in the positive impact DEW’s work has on the communities it serves. He leads with the belief that strong leadership is earned through experience, accountability, and respect in the field.
Life Outside DEW
Nick lives in southern Vermont with his fiancée and their three children. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, exploring new places, and trying new foods. Most important to him is spending quality time with his family, whether at home or on the road together.
