New Construction of a three-story, multi-use, higher education building.

DEW and the Pike Company partnered on this project to construct a 24,900 sf building footprint, 58 feet high, with a one-story connector (2,000 sf) leading to an adjacent head house and greenhouse. The project also included a penthouse for mechanical equipment and a partial basement. On the interior, space includes laboratories, faculty offices, seminar space, a conference room and multiple classrooms.
