The Community Bank N.A. opens new location in Williston, Vermont.
The new facility on Cotton Wood Drive in Williston serves as the bank’s main headquarters in Vermont. The first level offers traditional banking services, while the upper level includes offices, conference rooms, a large lunch/break room, and a community room. Both heating and cooling for this 27,000 sf building are handled with heat pumps only. The target blower door test rating was specified at .40. After much attention to detail and close coordination with our subcontractors, we were extremely pleased to see the building test at .11. With a high-performance envelope detailed, supported, and executed, this facility will provide a comfortable place to work and bank for years to come.
