DEW Construction is proud to announce the promotion of Shane Snyder from Assistant Superintendent to Superintendent.

Since joining DEW just over two years ago, Shane has become a trusted and respected member of the team. With more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry, he brings strong field leadership, a commitment to quality, and a proactive, organized approach to project coordination.
During his time at DEW, Shane has contributed to several significant projects, including The MAREK South in Lebanon, NH; the Dartmouth Sailing Center in Enfield, NH; and Settlers Common in North Conway, NH. He is known for his effective subcontractor coordination, attention to quality control, and consistent use of Procore to maintain clear documentation and organized project workflows.
“Shane brings a strong work ethic and takes ownership of his responsibilities,” said Cameron Riley, General Superintendent at DEW Construction. “He works extremely well with both our trade partners and internal teams, and this promotion reflects the leadership and professionalism he demonstrates on every project.”
