DEW completed a 7,100‑square‑foot addition and renovation to Blake Hill Preserves’ existing manufacturing, storage, and retail facility—delivering the expanded space needed to support their growing operations and strengthen their retail footprint.
The completed addition includes a spacious open warehouse, a modernized retail area, and a mezzanine level strategically designed to streamline workflow and boost customer engagement. Constructed using a durable Pre‑Engineered Metal Building system, the structure features insulated metal wall panels that provide long‑term energy efficiency and a clean, contemporary exterior.
The project also included design‑build PHVAC and electrical systems, engineered to meet Blake Hill’s production needs and sustainability goals. Extensive site work—such as excavation, grading, and installation of a new footing drain system—ensured the addition was fully supported and seamlessly integrated with the existing facility.
