Nestled along the Connecticut River, this new 50,890 square foot apartment building introduces modern, energy‑efficient living to the heart of White River Junction, VT.
Located at the corner of Prospect and Maple Street near the Lyman Bridge, the site provides residents with scenic river views and convenient access to downtown amenities, schools, parks, and public services.
The four‑story Riverwalk Apartments feature a mix of studio, one‑bedroom, and two‑bedroom units, supported by a sub‑grade parking garage offering 26 indoor spaces and an additional 30‑space surface lot. Designed with energy efficiency in mind, the building incorporates cold‑climate heat pumps, resulting in an estimated annual reduction of 117 tons of CO₂ emissions.
Developed by DEW Properties and The Braverman Company, the project was delivered with an agreement to transfer ownership to Twin Pines Housing and Evernorth, supporting the region’s ongoing commitment to high‑quality, accessible, and affordable housing.
