I have recently worked with DEW/MacMillin on a new Medical Office Building with a budget of approximately $10,900,000. Throughout the preconstruction and construction process DEW/MacMillin has functioned with the owner’s best interests in mind. As the owner’s representative, I am highly involved with the project and can attest to the level of commitment that all members of the DEW/MacMillin team bring to the project.
During the preconstruction phase of the project, DEW/MacMillin was integral to providing the Owner the cost and constructability support services that were needed to finalize the financing package. Their preconstruction team worked tirelessly to help refine the scope of this project to a feasible and desirable outcome for the Owner.
