Now that construction has begun I’d like to take a moment to thank each of you for your role and support in the pre-construction and design phase of this project. Your efforts have brought us a design that meets our patient care objectives, a phasing plan that balances meeting operational needs with efficient construction, and flexibility to effectively work together … all for a reasonable cost. My experience with you during this past phase reassures me, as we enter the construction phase, we are in good hands and I foresee nothing less than great success.
