Since joining DEW just over two years ago, Shane has become a trusted and respected member of the team. With more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry, he brings strong field leadership, a commitment to quality, and a proactive, organized approach to project coordination. During his time at DEW, Shane has contributed to several significant projects, including The MAREK South in Lebanon, NH; the Dartmouth Sailing Center in Enfield, NH; and Settlers Common in North Conway, NH. He is known for his effective subcontractor coordination, attention to quality control, and consistent use of Procore to maintain clear documentation and organized project workflows. “Shane brings a strong work ethic and takes ownership of his responsibilities,” said Cameron Riley, General Superintendent at DEW Construction. “He works extremely well with both our trade partners and internal teams, and this promotion reflects the leadership and professionalism he demonstrates on every project.” DEW Construction congratulates Shane on his well‑deserved promotion and looks forward to his continued contributions in his new role as Superintendent.

DEW Construction is pleased to announce the promotion of two key team members whose drive, leadership, and commitment to quality continue to shape DEW’s growth and project success across northern New England. Dakota Stender Promoted to Senior Project Manager Based in DEW’s Williston, Vermont office, Dakota Stender has been promoted from Project Manager to Senior Project Manager. Since joining DEW nearly five years ago, Dakota has played an essential role in delivering numerous successful projects throughout the region. He is known for his strong communication skills, effective problem‑solving, and ability to lead complex construction assignments. In his new role, Dakota will oversee the planning and execution of DEW’s more technically challenging projects, from preconstruction through closeout. He will continue mentoring project management staff while ensuring quality, scheduling, safety, cost control, and client satisfaction across all phases of project delivery. Brad Roy Promoted to Senior Estimator Based out of DEW’s Portland, Maine office, Brad Roy has been promoted from Estimator to Senior Estimator. Since joining DEW in 2023, Brad has strengthened the company’s preconstruction team, and he consistently delivers accurate, analytical, and thorough estimates. DEW Construction is delighted to announce Ryan Thibault’s promotion from Foreman to Assistant Superintendent. Over the past six years, Ryan has demonstrated exceptional skills, unwavering dedication, and a strong work ethic, earning the respect of his colleagues as a trusted leader. DEW Construction Announces Several Key Employee Promotions and New Hires
DEW Construction is pleased to announce the promotion of three key team members and the addition of two new employees to our team. Matt Cadieux – General Superintendent With over 28 years of experience in the construction industry, Matt Cadieux has been promoted from Senior Superintendent to General Superintendent. Matt’s journey with DEW began more than 24 years ago as a Carpenters’ Helper. Since then, he has advanced through various roles including carpenter, foreman, assistant superintendent, and senior superintendent. In his new role, Matt will oversee field personnel from DEW’s Williston office, manage field planning, and ensure successful project execution. His leadership, dedication, and problem-solving skills make him an excellent fit for this critical role. Chris Bertrand – Vice President of Business Development (Northern Region) Chris Bertrand, with over 30 years of industry experience, has been promoted to Vice President of Business Development for the Northern Region. Chris has been with DEW for 17 years, advancing from Project Engineer to Vice President of Field Operations throughout that time. Chris’s deep knowledge of DEW’s operations and culture, along with his strong client relationships, will be instrumental in driving the company’s business development efforts across the Northern Region. Michael Deshais Promoted to Assistant Superintendent
DEW Construction is pleased to announce the promotion of Michael Deshais from Foreman to Assistant Superintendent. Michael began his career at DEW as a carpenter nearly 16 years ago and was subsequently promoted to Foreman. Since day one, Michael has impressed us in the field with his energy, work ethic, and leadership abilities. Most recently, Michael has been assisting in the supervision of our Bellows Falls Garage Multi-Family housing project with the Windham & Windsor Housing Trust. As Assistant Superintendent, Michael will manage the field operations with the team, including coordination of trades, safety (subcontractor orientation, training, compliance), schedule review, first pass cost and change control, and quality control. “Michael has worked hard over the last 16 years to strengthen his constructability and managerial abilities. His leadership skills and construction experience have been vital to the success of the projects he oversees. I can’t wait to see all you will accomplish in the future, Michael.
