The project involved the construction of a 90,000-square-foot facility, which includes 37 independent living apartments, 18 assisted living apartments, and 16 special care suites designed for residents with memory loss. Additionally, the site features a variety of community facilities to enhance the living experience.
The project also encompasses 30 one-story independent living cottages, providing a comfortable and accessible living environment for residents.
The construction was meticulously planned and executed in phases to accommodate the occupancy of some buildings by residents, staff, and patients as they were completed.
The project was successfully completed, meeting all quality standards and timelines, and is now fully operational, offering a comprehensive range of living options and community amenities.
