Home to all three divisions of the Circuit Court and Cheshire County Superior Court, this 49,620 sf building includes four courtrooms – one jury and three non-jury courtrooms, eight conference rooms, issues/mediation room, sally port and a cell block with four holding cells, 35 Parking space. The courthouse was built on what is now the parking lot for the current Superior Court building on Court Street. NCA was commissioned for the project design and completed it in four months. Fast Track permits were secured for site, foundations, steel, and full building so that construction could start before drawings were complete. The project was completed in under 12 months and was ready for full occupancy by the State of New Hampshire Courts System.
