The condos include one to three-bedroom configurations.
Indoor amenities include a fitness center, infrared sauna room, pillar privacy booths, a makers room, pet washing stations, EV charging stations, a lounge with a kitchen and fireplace, TULU Micro-Bodega & Rental, a mailroom, and storage facilities.
