Levels 5-6 offer condo-style units for purchase in various layouts and sizes, ranging from 800 to 1,700 square feet, with private balconies from 90 to 874 square feet. The condos include one to three-bedroom configurations.
Indoor amenities include a fitness center, infrared sauna room, pillar privacy booths, a makers room, pet washing stations, EV charging stations, a lounge with a kitchen and fireplace, TULU Micro-Bodega & Rental, a mailroom, and storage facilities.
