DEW Construction is delighted to announce Ryan Thibault’s promotion from Foreman to Assistant Superintendent. Over the past six years, Ryan has demonstrated exceptional skills, unwavering dedication, and a strong work ethic, earning the respect of his colleagues as a trusted leader. Starting his journey with us as a Carpenter, he has steadily risen through the ranks, culminating in this well-deserved promotion.
In his new role, Ryan will support our superintendents in overseeing projects, guiding field teams, and managing subcontractors. He will ensure construction activities are completed on time, within budget, and in alignment with contract requirements and company standards.
Ryan’s honesty, reliability, and excellent communication skills have been vital in fostering collaboration and driving the successful delivery of numerous projects. His natural ability to lead, combined with his commitment to excellence, has made him a key contributor to our organization’s success.
