DEW Construction is excited to announce the promotion of Steven Del Signore to Assistant Superintendent. Since joining DEW as a foreman in 2022, Steven has consistently demonstrated exceptional drive, a strong work ethic, and impressive leadership skills.
A New Hampshire Technical Institute graduate with an Associate of Science Degree in Landscape and Environmental Design, Steven brings a unique and valuable skill set to his role at DEW. His commitment to excellence and passion for the construction industry has made him an invaluable member of the team.
Most recently, Steven has been assisting in supervising a 270,000 GSF multi-family housing project in Kittery, ME.
As Assistant Superintendent, Steven will manage the field operations with the team, including coordination of trades, safety (subcontractor orientation, training, compliance), schedule review, first pass cost and change control, and quality control.
