DEW was recently awarded Preconstruction Services for The Village at Autumn Pond in Essex Junction, VT. The multi-phased project will consist of 270 to 300 residential units, a community center, and various site amenities which may include a pool, walking trails and play structures. Construction is expected to commence next April.

DEW and Jay Peak Resort had a Top Out Party on the 23rd of June. They treated all the subcontractors and suppliers to a barbecue and raffled off several prizes including ski tickets and golf tickets.
