DEW Construction is pleased to announce the addition of Ben Laflam to our team as Assistant Superintendent! Ben will be responsible for directing field activities with the team, quality control, safety, field office administration, and look-ahead schedules.
For over a decade, Ben has been supervising projects for a design-build company specializing in custom homes, expansions, and renovations throughout Vermont. Ben has over fourteen years of industry experience and a degree in construction management from Vermont Technical College. Additionally, Ben is a longtime member of the Vergennes Fire Department.
Ben has joined the Vermont State Police – Public Safety Facility team in Williston, Vermont. His significant experience managing projects of varied sizes and complexities will prove invaluable to our team.
