As General Superintendent, Matt Cadieux oversees field personnel from DEW’s Williston office, manages field planning, and ensures successful project execution. He is responsible for supervising and mentoring Senior Superintendents, Superintendents, and Assistant Superintendents, overseeing the field planning and performance of each project assigned to the Williston office. Under Matt’s leadership, assigned projects are completed on time, under budget, and at a profit. Safety, EEO, and quality goals are consistently achieved, timely conflict and claims resolution is ensured, and owners are satisfied with project results.
Experience
Matt’s journey with DEW began over 24 years ago as a Carpenters Helper. Since then, he has advanced through various roles, including carpenter, foreman, assistant superintendent, and senior superintendent. His leadership, dedication, and problem-solving skills make him a valuable resource for our clients and DEW staff. With over 28 years of experience in the construction industry, Matt’s portfolio is diverse. Renowned for his exceptional leadership, extensive industry experience, and unwavering commitment, Matt has advanced through multiple promotions, consistently prioritizing quality, accountability, and safety.
Life Outside DEW
Matt enjoys spending quality time with his family, hunting, fishing, playing cornhole, coaching his children’s little league teams, and working on various building projects in his shop.
