DEW Construction would like to welcome Senior Estimator Keith St. Sauveur and Senior Superintendent Michael Tremblay to the team. Senior Estimator Keith St. Sauveur has nearly 34 years of construction estimating experience, including government/municipal structures, office buildings, higher education structures, healthcare facilities, wastewater and water treatment, infrastructure, and heavy construction projects, including dams and building restorations. As part of our Williston, Vermont, preconstruction and estimating team, Keith will oversee all components of our preconstruction services, from preparing comprehensive estimates to working with clients and the entire project team to guarantee all commitments and promises for every project. Keith earned an associate degree in civil engineering from the University of New Hampshire. After graduation, he began an internship as a surveyor crew chief in the Seacoast region of New Hampshire while attending the University of New Hampshire Whittemore School of Business. He later took a position with a construction company in Saudi Arabia as a chief field engineer/superintendent, directing survey crews and work crews. His career eventually led him back to the States, where he spent 30 years as a senior estimator for various construction companies in northern New England. DEW Construction Welcomes Six New Team Members
DEW Construction would like to welcome Safety Manager Kamron Bushway, Project Managers Kevin Hoard and David Dalton, Assistant Superintendent Andrew Hoogeboom, and Accounts Payable Associates JoAnne Silloway and Alex Chappell. Safety Manager Kamron Bushway leads and manages our Company’s safety program. He monitors all construction activities to ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) construction industry standards. Kamron works closely with operations on job-specific safety, preconstruction planning for new project safety, and human resources on staffing safety requirements. He is responsible for keeping all personnel current on required training and procuring and distributing the most up-to-date personal protective equipment to our staff. Additionally, Kamron collaborates with our third-party inspection company, Contractor’s Risk Management (CRM), to conduct regular site Inspections. Project Managers Kevin Hoard and David Dalton manage the business side of projects, including preparing budgets, creating schedules, responding to unique project demands, collaborating with engineers and architects, and communicating with our clients about progress. Both Kevin and David will be working out of our Manchester, NH office. Kevin Hoard holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, Massachusetts. DEW Announces Several Employee Promotions
DEW is pleased to announce the promotion of Dan Riley to Vice President of Operations, Chris Bertrand to Vice President of Field Operations, Ben Laflam to Superintendent, Josh Deutsch to Project Engineer, and Chantel Crawford to Marketing Specialist. Dan Riley has been promoted to Vice President of Operations from General Superintendent. Since joining DEW as a superintendent in 2012, Dan’s work ethic, leadership skills, and commitment to our mission have been exemplary. Dan will be directly responsible for leading our project management teams and providing “best in class” services to our customers throughout the construction process. With nearly 40 years of industry experience, Dan will ensure that all aspects of every project are delivered to specifications. He primarily oversees the integration of preconstruction and construction services, ensuring all projects are completed on time, on budget, and of the highest quality. Dan will also support our Vice President of Field Operations and our Safety Program. Chris Bertrand has been promoted to Vice President of Field Operations from General Superintendent. Chris began his career with DEW as a Field Engineer nearly 16 years ago. Ben Klebe Promoted to Assistant Superintendent
DEW Construction is thrilled to announce Ben Klebe’s promotion to Assistant Superintendent. Ben began working as a Foreman at DEW in September of last year and has been an invaluable member of our team since day one. His dedication to our core values, attention to detail, and love for construction are evident daily on the job site. Ben exudes positivity, energy, and a “can-do” attitude that is simply contagious. Most recently, Ben has been assisting in the supervision of our Seacoast Residences project — a 270,000 GSF multi-family housing project in Kittery, Maine. As Assistant Superintendent, Ben will manage the field operations with the team, including coordination of trades, safety (subcontractor orientation, training, compliance), schedule review, first pass cost and change control, and quality control.
