We are excited to announce that Russell (Russ) Hodgkins has joined our team as Project Manager. Russ will manage the business side of projects, including preparing budgets, creating schedules, responding to unique project demands, collaborating with engineers and architects, and communicating with our clients about progress.
Russ has over 30 years of industry experience on a wide range of projects and an extensive background in sitework. For the last nine years, Russ has served in the public sector, managing multiple departments, developing and managing annual budgets, and leading and supporting the community he served.
With over 30 years of commercial and residential construction experience, Herbert (Herb) Hancock joins our team as Senior Superintendent. Herb will bring his exceptional communication and leadership skills as he manages, coordinates, and oversees the work of the DEW field staff and subcontractors on projects. Herb will be responsible for all production aspects of the work in a timely and cost-effective manner and for maintaining a work environment that is safe and orderly.
Herb started his career as a carpenter with the Civil Engineering Squadron in the United States Air Force. After retiring from the USAF, Herb began working on high-end residential construction projects, where he managed both preconstruction and construction. He eventually transitioned to supervising multiple projects within the commercial construction industry throughout New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Maine, and Massachusetts.
