Taylor Woodward has been promoted to Executive Vice President. In his new role, Woodward will lead our efforts to integrate services and streamline processes.

In his position as project manager, Woodward was responsible for and excelled at controlling the cost and quality of projects and meeting clients’ expectations.
Woodward brings with him over 14 years’ experience in construction management, where he has held various positions in the field and internally. He holds a B.S. degree in Construction Management from Vermont Technical College.
Matthew Wheaton has been named Vice President of Preconstruction and is responsible for the coordination and delivery of preconstruction services. His background in design, estimating, and project management provide him with the skills to be a valuable resource for our clients as well as the entire team at DEW.
As a vice president of business development, Wheaton built lasting relationships with clients and expanded opportunities throughout our market place.
Wheaton holds a Master of Architecture degree from Norwich University. He is a board member with Associated Builders & Contractors of NH/VT.
Mike Farhm has been promoted to Vice President of Business Development. Farhm will maintain existing client relationships as well as cultivate new business in southern VT and NH.
In his position as a project manager, Farhm was the primary interface with the client and was recognized for his strong communication skills, problem-solving expertise and commitment to project success.
Farhm has over 28 years’ industry experience. He holds a B.A. in Physics from Bates College and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of New Hampshire.
James (Jim) Kimball joins DEW as a Project Manager. Kimball comes to us after 13 years as a project manager at Bonnette, Page & Stone Corp in New Hampshire and before that he held the positions of a superintendent and project manager for Milestone Engineering & Construction. Kimball will be active serving clients in southern New Hampshire. Don Wells, President, said “We feel fortunate to have Jim as part of our team serving southern New Hampshire.
