DEW recently completed a 25,000 sf expansion to the corporate headquarters of White Mountain Insurance in Hanover, NH. Expansions and renovations include conference rooms, break areas, a wet-bar, IT suite, and service spaces. The 13,000 sf fit-up of the new tenant spaces on the third and fourth floors boasts extremely high-end finishes, including black granite window sills, live edge black walnut countertops, a gym, and European style toilet partitions. A massive, Vermont made, walnut conference table weighing 2,500 lb was suspended on a lull and received through a window.

Virtual Groundbreaking at Burr and Burton Academy
Burr and Burton Virtual Groundbreaking – June 5, 2020! DEW joined Burr and Burton, the Rowland family, and KaTo architects for a virtual groundbreaking of Founders Hall, a three-story academy building, library, and common space. Two years in the making, the Rowland Project, slated for completion in June 2021, was made possible through a $20 million donation made to the school from the late Barry and Wendy Rowland. DEW is excited to take part in this remarkable project.

Breaking Ground at Congress & Main, St. Albans, VT
On Thursday, November 7, 2019 representatives from the City of St Albans, Nedde Real Estate, Northwestern Medical Center and Community College of Vermont (CCV) were joined by DEW and the community for the official groundbreaking for the new 25,000-square-foot building at the corner of Congress and Main Streets. DEW is proud to part of the redevelopment efforts of this city. Congress & Main is a momentous step forward in its transformation.
