DEW Construction is thrilled to announce the groundbreaking ceremony for the highly anticipated Bow Elementary School Addition and Renovations project in Bow, NH, which took place on October 30th, 2023. Despite the rain, the event was a resounding success, bringing together key stakeholders, including DEW Construction, the Bow School Board, H.L. This addition will include a new elevator and a partial basement to improve accessibility and accommodate a fire pump and sprinkler riser. Additionally, DEW Construction will oversee a significant interior renovation spanning 57,546 square feet. One of the main focuses of these renovations is the safety and security enhancements to the school, including the installation of secure classroom doors and a central vestibule with a new building access system to monitor and control entry and exit points, ensuring the safety of everyone on the premises.
