MacMillin turned a building, who most would have happily torn down, into a celebrated historic landmark that will stand and serve many generations to come. The end result is so jaw dropping to those who knew it before and then toured it tonight. We had a good number of our tenants who will live there tour the building. They were so excited and proud to have the opportunity to live in a such a beautiful place; it is the reason that we do this hard work. The Plantz House rehabilitation is YOUR work and you should know that you have impressed not only WWHT, the neighbors of Old Depot Road and our tenants but the larger community of Putney. I am so thankful for all that you’ve done and the patience you have maintained in the face of some really difficult conditions, with a lot of pressure.
