About As the Human Resources & Risk Manager, Trisha is responsible for organizing, developing, implementing, coordinating, and directing all human resources policies, programs and practices including recruiting, employee relations, training and development, corporate wellness, compensation, and benefits. She also monitors compliance with federal and state employment laws and is responsible for managing loss control and insurance while minimizing DEW’s risk by collaborating closely with DEW’s Safety Department. Experience Trisha joined the DEW team in 2017, initially serving as a Project Administrator. Recognized for her exceptional skills and dedication, she transitioned to the role of Executive Assistant/Workforce Coordinator in 2019. In this capacity, Trisha demonstrated her versatility and ability to manage various responsibilities effectively. Building on her expertise and experience, she further expanded her role within the company, assuming responsibilities in HR/Risk management in 2021. Throughout her tenure at DEW, Trisha’s contributions have been invaluable to the organization’s success and growth.
