Bill’s positive attitude, determination, and openness to feedback have been crucial to his success. He is highly regarded for his eagerness to learn and clear communication, earning widespread respect within the team. His wonderful personality, great sense of humor, and unwavering commitment make him a pleasure to work with.
As Assistant Superintendent, Bill will manage field operations with the team, including coordination of trades, safety (subcontractor orientation, training, compliance), schedule review, first pass cost and change control, and quality control.
In his first assignment as Assistant Superintendent, Bill will oversee the transformation of the former fire safety lab garage at Vermont State University’s Randolph Campus into a state-of-the-art meat processing facility. We are confident that Bill will bring the same dedication and excellence to this project as he has to all his previous endeavors.
