This project included the construction of two new facilities on a two-lot commercial subdivision (75 acres) on Route 7 in Milton, VT.
The first project entailed building the new Premier Coach headquarters. The 34,000 sf facility is now the central location for all booking, major maintenance, and operations and provides storage and service for 26 bus coaches.
