About
As Vice President of Preconstruction, Mike is responsible for the successful delivery of preconstruction services to our clients – from marketing and negotiating the preconstruction agreement through successful GMP and project turnover to the construction team. He works with the estimators, project managers, and superintendents to develop accurate information and identify potential risks upfront, which allows owners to make informed decisions early on.
With vast industry experience, Mike has extensive expertise in education, healthcare, and residential. His background in project management makes him a valuable resource for our clients as well as our staff at DEW. Mike excels in maintaining positive client relationships and presenting owners with innovative solutions for their construction needs.
Experience
Before transitioning to preconstruction, Mike was a construction project manager for over 20 years with MacMillin and DEW, managing both preconstruction and construction. He has over 30 years of industry expertise and holds a degree in Civil Engineering.
Life Outside DEW
Mike has lived in New Hampshire his entire life. He and his wife Julie have three children and are getting used to being empty nesters most of the time. Mike enjoys working on projects around the house, golfing, hiking, and spending as much time as possible with the family.
