Last year, we proudly accepted the Governor’s Excellence in Worksite Wellness Award – Bronze Level. This year, we are honored to have achieved even greater heights by receiving the 2024 Vermont Governor’s Excellence in Worksite Wellness Award – Silver Level from the Vermont Department of Health and the Governor’s Council on Physical Fitness and Sports!
This prestigious award recognizes Vermont employers who excel in boosting productivity, fostering a healthy environment, and enhancing employee wellbeing. It sets a high standard for worksite wellness initiatives, and we are proud to be among the top employers leading the way in these efforts.
On Thursday, October 10th, World Mental Health Day, our Human Resources and Risk Manager, Trisha Moore, and our Human Resource and Risk Assistant, Aimee Plotczyk, attended the 2024 Worksite Wellness Awards and Conference at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Burlington. They had the opportunity to hear from several inspiring speakers and network with other leaders from around Vermont.
Our journey from Bronze to Silver is a testament to the dedication and hard work of our entire team.
