DEW Construction is pleased to welcome Assistant Project Manager Justin DePasquale and Superintendent Patrick Turnbull.
Assistant Project Manager Justin DePasquale brings over seventeen years of industry experience and is proficient in all aspects of project management. After graduating from the University of Rhode Island in 2015, he worked for a local construction company overseeing renovation projects. Eventually, he established his own construction company in Rhode Island, specializing in constructing recreation centers for several years. Justin’s career path eventually led him to Colorado, where he joined a company that focused on renovating large-scale multi-family housing projects in Kansas City, Arizona, and Colorado.
As Assistant Project Manager, Justin will be responsible for helping oversee the planning and implementation of projects from preconstruction through construction. Justin is currently helping to oversee the management of the South Burlington School District – Zero Energy Modular Classroom project in South Burlington, VT. Additionally, he is assisting in managing several projects currently active at Dartmouth College in Hanover, NH.
Superintendent Patrick Turnbull has over a decade of experience overseeing commercial and Federal construction projects. He has worked extensively with the US Air Force, Army Corps of Engineers, and the US Navy. Turnbull initially started his career as a property manager, where he was responsible for maintaining five properties and overseeing various renovations totaling over 165,000 GSF. As his career progressed, he transitioned into construction management and has taken on roles such as project manager, quality control manager, and superintendent for various federal projects. Turnbull’s commitment to safety is evident through his attainment of OSHA 10, OSHA 30, and OSHA 40 Hazpower certifications.
Patrick is currently on-site at The Marek, supervising the construction of a 235K GSF multi-family housing complex in Lebanon, NH. Patrick will manage, coordinate, and oversee the work of the DEW field staff and subcontractors. He will be responsible for all production aspects of the work in a timely and cost-effective manner and for maintaining a work environment that is safe and orderly.
