DEW Construction is excited to share that Kimberly Lawton, Arthur Chiaverini, and Shane Snyder have joined our team. Additionally, we are proud to announce the promotions of Drew Johnson and Cameron Riley.
Kimberly Lawton has recently joined our team as a Project Engineer out of our Manchester, NH, office. She will support our project managers and superintendents in planning and organizing resources to ensure successful project execution. Additionally, she will assist her project teams in the construction process, paying close attention to project quality, schedule, cost control, safety, environmental protection, and customer satisfaction. Kimberly has an impressive educational background, graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology and a minor in Renewable Energy from the University of Maine. In August, she completed her MBA with a specialization in sustainability. Furthermore, she is OSHA 30-hour certified and has gained valuable experience as a project engineer for a construction company in Maine over the past three years.
With over forty years of industry experience, Arthur Chiaverini has joined the team as a Senior Superintendent. Arthur brings extensive expertise in preconstruction, design coordination, and subcontractor negotiations. Arthur’s technical knowledge spans various areas, including carpentry, concrete, and form design. Additionally, he is highly skilled in administrative duties such as contract negotiations, budget creation, and scheduling. Arthur will be supervising the U-Haul Warehouse project in Williston, Vermont. He will oversee and coordinate the work of the DEW field staff and subcontractors, ensuring all production aspects are executed in a timely and cost-effective manner. Furthermore, he will uphold a safe and orderly work environment.
Shane Snyder has joined the team at The MAREK South in Lebanon, NH, as an Assistant Superintendent. With more than 20 years of experience in the industry, Shane has focused much of his career on constructing large commercial residential projects. His leadership style emphasizes forward-thinking approaches to improve productivity, efficiency, and overall profitability. Shane will be primarily responsible for assisting the superintendents with the supervision of projects. He will lead our field teams and subcontractors while directing all construction activities at the project site in accordance with the schedule, budget, contract documents, and procedures.
Drew Johnson has been promoted to Project Manager. Drew joined DEW as an Assistant Project Manager just over one year ago and, since then, has become an invaluable member of our team. With this promotion, Drew will oversee projects from planning to implementation. He will lead the project team, ensuring all objectives regarding quality, schedule, cost, safety, and customer satisfaction are met. Drew holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from Vermont Technical College and has over seventeen years of industry experience, encompassing project estimating, site supervision, and management.
Cameron Riley has recently been promoted to Field Operations Manager from his previous position as Superintendent. He began his journey with DEW as a foreman over five years ago, during which time he has consistently showcased his dedication, leadership skills, and drive for excellence. As Field Operations Manager, Cameron will now oversee the management and development of DEW’s trade workers and foremen based out of our New Hampshire offices. Additionally, he will work closely with project teams to effectively plan and fulfill various resource requirements. Cameron’s unwavering commitment to teamwork and his track record of delivering exceptional results make him the perfect fit for this new role, ensuring our continued success.
