DEW Construction is pleased to announce the recent hire of Aimee Plotczyck, Brad Roy, Rick Gagner, and Thomas Leach.
Aimee has recently joined our team as an Administrative Assistant in our Keene, NH, office. Her responsibilities will include supporting various departments, such as estimating, project administration, and human resources. Aimee’s extensive experience in customer support and bookkeeping makes her an excellent fit for this position. With over 23 years of industry experience, Brad Roy has joined the team as an Estimator. He holds a Master’s degree in Architecture from Norwich University and has a broad range of experience throughout all aspects of the industry, including design, project management, and estimating. Brad will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and estimating projects during preconstruction. Brad is OSHA 10-hour certified and a member of the American Society of Professional Estimators.Thomas Leach and Rick Gagner have joined the team as Superintendents. They will lead their respective field teams and subcontractors on-site. They will be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities are in line with the pre-established schedules, budgets, and contract documents. Furthermore, they will ensure that the work carried out meets our quality and safety standards.
Thomas has over 30 years of industry experience and a strong background in project management, supervision, and estimating. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Rogers Williams University and is OSHA 30-hour certified. Thomas has joined the team at The MAREK South in Lebanon, NH, a 235,216 GSF multi-family housing project.
Rick has over three decades of experience in the construction industry. Rick’s dedication and commitment to exceptional workmanship stems from his background as a fourth-generation building contractor. Prior to his career in construction, Rick served in the Army as a combat medic for several years. He holds an associate degree in Construction Technology from Northeastern University in Boston, MA, is OSHA 30-hour certified, and successfully managed his own commercial/residential construction company for several years. Currently, he is overseeing the construction of the Dartmouth College Sailing Center project in Enfield, NH.
