DEW Construction is excited to announce the well-deserved promotions of Matt Cadieux and Scott Speyers to the position of Senior Superintendent and Tom Langlois to Assistant Superintendent.
Matt Cadiuex has been promoted from Superintendent to Senior Superintendent. Over the past 22 years, Matt has consistently shown growth and a relentless drive. He never slows down. He is a highly strategic thinker, always pursuing better solutions and approaches to problems. His focus on finding innovative solutions makes him a valuable asset to any project. In addition, Matt is a dedicated mentor to our employees. Over the years, he has consistently invested extra time working with our staff and identifying their talent. He challenges them to think creatively, inspires them, and strives to bring out the best in each individual. Matt has been a valued member of the DEW team since day one, and we can’t wait to see all that he continues to accomplish.
Matt is currently overseeing the construction of Building M, a multi-family housing development called Cambrian Rise, located in Burlington, VT. The building will have a total gross square footage of 252,000.
Scott Speyers has been promoted from Superintendent to Senior Superintendent. Over the last three years, we have witnessed Scott’s incredible effort and dedication to his projects, our clients, and to mentoring our team members. Scott has consistently demonstrated a high level of skill, dedication, and initiative. Scott is always eager to take on new challenges and has a positive and proactive attitude. He is a valuable member of the DEW team, and we are excited to see his continued contributions.
Scott recently completed the redevelopment of the former Connor Homes manufacturing facility in Middlebury, VT. The building spans 117,000 square feet and has been converted into an indoor hemp cultivation and manufacturing facility. Scott is currently supervising the construction of a renovation project at Charlotte Central School in VT.
Tom Langlois has been promoted from Foreman to Assistant Superintendent. Over the last 18 years, Tom’s unwavering dedication, exceptional skills, and leadership have made him an invaluable asset to our team. His commitment to excellence and willingness to go above and beyond have consistently propelled our projects to success. Tom’s mentorship and guidance have helped shape our field staff, and his adaptability to new technologies demonstrates his ability to stay ahead of the curve. We congratulate Tom on his accomplishments and eagerly anticipate his continued growth and success. Tom is currently assisting in the supervision of the new construction of the 34,000 GSF Williston Public Safety Facility in VT.
