DEW Construction is thrilled to celebrate the 26th annual Women in Construction Week! Established in 1998 by the National Association of Women in Construction, WIC Week aims to celebrate and promote the role of women in the construction industry.
This year’s theme, ‘Keys to the Future,’ celebrates the strength and knowledge of women, recognizing their vital role in shaping the construction industry’s future. WIC week provides a valuable opportunity to recognize the accomplishments of the women in our industry and inspire others to consider careers in construction. In celebration of this week, we created a video featuring interviews with some of the exceptional women on our team. Let’s raise our hard hats in honor of all the extraordinary women who play a role in shaping the future of the construction industry!
