July 7, 2010 – DEW Construction Corp. & Jay Peak Resort officially broke ground on the new Hotel Jay complex. The project includes a 270,000 sq. foot hotel facility with 170 suites, a 60,000 sq. foot indoor waterpark with retractable roof, a conference center, spa facility and numerous restaurant and retail shops.
The project is slated for completion in 2012. Black River Design is the Architect.
