The community of Amherst, NH will vote in March 2022 on a $75M bond proposal to build a new elementary school and renovate the Middle School. Pending a majority vote in favor of such, DEW has been awarded the project and construction is scheduled to start in the summer of 2023. Under the proposal, the construction of a new elementary school will provide several additional classrooms. The two-story school will serve Pre-K through Fifth Grade. Renovations to the existing middle school will include classroom reconfiguration, new electrical and HVAC, bathroom renovations, and building safety corrections.

A Birds-Eye View of Maple Ridge Assisted Living in Essex Junction, VT
Construction of the 64,580 sf assisted living facility is in its final stage. The new building will provide a continuing care retirement community and includes 71 units, including studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units. The new building also includes a variety of common rooms, including an activity room, fitness room, living room with a fireplace, dining room, library, and a salon. The exterior of the building features a zip wall system with veneer masonry accents, vinyl shake, and vinyl clapboard siding. Construction is expected to wrap up in early June of 2021.
