Construction of the 64,580 sf assisted living facility is in its final stage. The new building will provide a continuing care retirement community and includes 71 units, including studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units. The new building also includes a variety of common rooms, including an activity room, fitness room, living room with a fireplace, dining room, library, and a salon.
The exterior of the building features a zip wall system with veneer masonry accents, vinyl shake, and vinyl clapboard siding.
Construction is expected to wrap up in early June of 2021.
