DEW Construction Corp. was recently hired as Construction Manager for the Jay Peak 2012 Golf and Mountain Suites/Lodge and Townhouse Projects!
This $15 million + project includes constructing 100 residential units (approximately 24 multi-family buildings of various sizes) – 70 Golf and Mountain Suites units (prebuilt cottage structures) and 30 Lodge and Townhouse units along with associated infrastructure and roadway components.
The anticipated start date is May 1, 2012.
