DEW Construction is thrilled to announce Ben Klebe’s promotion to Assistant Superintendent. Ben began working as a Foreman at DEW in September of last year and has been an invaluable member of our team since day one. His dedication to our core values, attention to detail, and love for construction are evident daily on the job site. Ben exudes positivity, energy, and a “can-do” attitude that is simply contagious.
Most recently, Ben has been assisting in the supervision of our Seacoast Residences project — a 270,000 GSF multi-family housing project in Kittery, Maine.
As Assistant Superintendent, Ben will manage the field operations with the team, including coordination of trades, safety (subcontractor orientation, training, compliance), schedule review, first pass cost and change control, and quality control.
