This project had a very hard deadline for completion. We were taking the delivery of a multi-million dollar piece of production equipment that had components shipping in from all over the world. Building delays were completely out of the question. Thanks to the whole MacMillin Company team, not only did we stay on budget and make the schedule, we beat it by a couple of weeks! The project was very rushed due to the late decision by Fed Ex on finalizing the lease. Your team, led by John Edwards and Matt Cadieux, did a very nice job of taking their specs, which were not particularly well defined, and put together a proposal that eventually met their needs both physically and financially, as well as taking into account our needs as the owner of the building. John and Matt executed the plan throughout the summer on a rapid but safe pace that allowed Fed Ex to occupy the space on time.
