To accommodate for the increased student enrollment at UVM’s Grossman School of Business, the college renovated and added a three-story addition to Ifshin Hall.
The new space includes a multi-purpose room, two 35-seat classrooms, a 60-seat case method classroom, several student breakout rooms, faculty offices, graduate student spaces and an upgraded computer lab. The center of the building features a three story, open-air atrium that incorporates the use of natural wood, metal, cylindrical lighting and glass floor panels. This project received a LEED® Silver certification.
