This modern 75,886 square-foot facility was designed to cater to a variety of living needs, featuring:
- 25 Independent Living Apartments
- 20 Assisted Living Apartments
- 18 Memory Care Apartments
The facility provides ample parking for residents, staff, and visitors, including 16 garages connected to the main building for the convenience of independent living residents.
The site was thoughtfully designed with walking paths and resident gardens along the building’s perimeter, creating a serene environment for all. Additionally, a securely enclosed memory support garden was integrated within the building envelope, ensuring a safe and supportive space for memory care residents.
This construction marked a significant upgrade, blending modern amenities with compassionate care to enhance the quality of life for all residents.
