The new commercial and retail building on the corner of Congress and Main is part of the City's revitalization efforts.
Located in downtown St. Albans, VT on a designated brownfield, the completion of Congress and Main is a step forward with the City’s economic growth initiatives. The 25,000 sf building houses the Community College of Vermont, offices for the Northwestern Medical Center, and additional commercial and retail space.
