New and innovative biomedical research building in Lebanon, NH.
For over 20 years, Bio X Cell has provided the scientific community with antibodies for biomedical research. Outgrowing its current space, DEW was hired as the CM to build the company a new one-story, 26,600 sf headquarters and lab facility. The new building includes office space, a purification lab, a fermentation lab, an inventory room, a washroom, an aliquot, an analytical room, a collaborative workspace, a break room, conference rooms, shipping and receiving, and general warehouse space. The design includes special attention for natural daylighting into all of the spaces by utilizing skylights and clerestory windows. The exterior includes parking, a loading dock, and an outdoor break area with a stone patio.
